Life is like the ocean, it can be calm or still, rough or rigid, needless to say, that in the end, it’s always beautiful

I’m a very lucky lady, I’m married to a lovely man and mother to a beautiful son, and yes like the ocean we have our ups and downs. But as a young lady under the age of thirty, I chose to look at the 99% of great things in my life instead of the small bumps and hiccups that I’ve come up against along the way. I truly appreciate those family members and friends who bring value to my life and grateful that I am able to recognize it. As seen in my photos I also enjoy traveling to hot vacation spots and taking in the sun.
After all, life is beautiful so let’s live a little. 

BRIAN'S MOTIVATION

Moments in time.

They say you haven’t lived unless you’ve traveled, personally I think that’s partially right. I believe that life is about moments, creating those special sequences of events that led up to that pinnacle period in your life where it creates an energy, an excitement just thinking about it. Sometimes we capture it on camera and then sometimes it’s simply been uploaded to our memory banks. A place where there is an abundance of stories, adventures and drama’s. Now this photo story is not about what is in my head but the photos on this page. The image on the left was from March 2020 and just 3 months earlier in December of 2019 was a picture taken at a hockey game.

March 2020, then back to December 2019.

The beginning of March 2020, just before the Covid 19 Lockdown, I was sitting down having dinner with my wife in a Cabana at a resort in Cuba overlooking the ocean, which was just hop, skip and a jump away from us. The warm climate, the salty air, Lobster for dinner and a glass of red wine, I can actually taste it while I write this, I hear the waves crashing and the birds chirping with Spanish music echoing in the background, Now that was a moment. That was sweet, but moments are not just about vacation, no of course not, they happen daily. What about those times when a client loves what you create for them or when they received their first online order and the money was deposited right in their bank account or how about when you take them out for an evening, let’s say a hockey game. Which leads us to the second photo, this was taken at Place Bell and that particular evening we had tickets to the Laval Rockets Lounge where there mascot Cosmo joined me in a pic. It was a great game, “yes, we won” the hostess was wonderfully gracious and prepared a amazing buffet filled with snacks, smoke meat sandwiches, hot dogs and fries, chicken wings and of course a fully stocked bar. It was a lot of fun hearing the roar of the crowd, the players racing towards their next goal. But what I remember the most about that night was what occurred between me and that particular client in January of 2021 in a phone call. The first thing that came out of his mouth was “Hey Brian, Do you remember that night at the Hockey Game?” I could hear the grin on his face throughout our entire conversation. So the question I ask is, “how will your story present itself?”

My kids said something the other day; they told me that money is what makes people rich. The truth is, what makes me rich... is them. What I mean is, love makes people rich. People who give love and receive love, those are the richest people in the world if you ask me. And that's what I tell myself - I might just be one of the richest people on earth because of all the love I'm surrounded with. Is this a little too much for a story on a marketing site? Meh. I'm myself. Who are you?

Adventure makes me overcome the fear of leaving my comfort zone, it assures me that I was born to constantly grow
and teaches me that no matter what the future holds, I'll have the strength to overcome every challenge that comes my way...
because I am never alone.

KAREN THE MILLENIAL

Being a millennial is so exciting, having information accessible to me at any time gives me the ability to continuously explore new things, new ideas and make informed decisions. I also stay in touch with everyone I know and share the highlights of my life to my family and friends through Social media. However there are drawbacks to all this, it makes me think, am I creating a fantasy life. Will my family and friends have the impression that its outings, events and family gatherings all the time? I hope not. The true fact is simply that I’m blessed with an opportunity and I get to realize some of my dreams.

Options and new opportunities offered by the online world have allowed me a job where I can do what I love and work from home. I don’t need to purchase a car or take the bus for hours during the day, I don’t have to spend money on business clothes, worry about lunch or getting home on time to have supper with the family. I’m conveniently allowed to start work at the time that is best suited for me, as well as a whole bunch of other benefits.

So you know what? I am using it, being a millennial is not bad at all, I work, I explore, I have a great support team and family. And believe it or not, I get to enjoy my life just the way I want it. Thanks to all those who has helped me along the way and believing in me.

HELEN'S PASSION

20 years since I’ve arrived in Canada, settled, four children and a husband with a life we built with love and adventure. I still have big dreams and always excited about this adventure we call life. Through thick and thin I found a way, a path, turning this circus into a dream. And knowing that this has been given to me through the grace of my God, who has never forsaken me or left my side, I am truly blessed.

Now I hope to be an active part in your new story where you are inspired to dream and get the most out of it. “You get lemons, make lemonade.” Make your life fabulous and adventurous.
